Notes & Core Competencies

This project feels like the culmination of my entire MLIS experience!  The level of involvement with the materials (reading, researching, writing, revising, reading some more) was in one word: phenomenal.  As was the experience. Now, I am releasing this project to the world (okay, a hyperbole), but it feels like a birth of sorts after a fifteen-week labor.  I have never read so much in such a short amount of time.  Several books did not make the cut for one reason or another but their information is still stored in my head and strangely itching for a place to park...another website perhaps? I think I have finally atoned for my early years of not giving YA materials (especially YA books) enough credit and attention.  This website has been an incredible labor of love and I can't believe I can finally say -- done. Enjoy!
